We went back in time to the delayed March meeting and had our wonderful member Leila help with the upcycle, repair and re-use of jewellery. Her help and guidance proved invaluable and members came away with some wonderful items.
There was a good crowd and it was nice to see Lily drop by as a visitor. The session was recorded by NFWI (hi Izzie and Vicky) for promoting the WI in general, and they also kindly agreed to tape us wishing Catherine a Happy Birthday
So March in June proved to be very agreeable, with better weather and no tube strikes! Kudos also go to Holly for baking her award winning Mexican chocolate cake
Thanks again to Leila, and I hope we can persuade her to run this again for those who were unable to make it
Next month's meeting will be on Zoom and is about marsupials - They have pockets (?)
