So, our December meeting saw GVWI leave the old year behind with, if not a song in the heart, at least a smirk on the lips. The lovely Debbie Bridge (from xx WI?) came with her Bravery to Sing workshop.
She first went round the group and we explained whether we were singers or not. She then led us through a guided meditation for relaxation. We began by humming and very soon worked up to an actual song! All unaccompanied! The raunchy version of Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer! (and who hasn't found themselves singing that afterwards?)
It was great fun - and even tuneful. Our thanks go to Debbie
