February Meeting: Twisted Show & Tell

Bring your own mystery objects and make your best guesses at what weird and wonderful things other people have to show us. Leila Khasal will be hosting the evening and has some intriguing items to reveal!

The object can be anything as long as it you expect its purpose/use to be a mystery for the majority of the group. If you or a friend/family member has something that you can't lay your hands on for the meeting - take some clear photos that you can show us.

We'll have a QI style scoring system (so expect it to be utter nonsense!), please have a marker pen and some paper to hand. Prizes will be awarded for the most points, and most 'WTAF?' items and answers!

Don't be shy - bring us your odd objects, and if you do feel shy (or haven't got anything to show) come and play anyway.

Also, if you have something so mysterious that you don't know what it is, bring it along and we may be able to identify it.

Visitors to our online meeting will be most welcome for a £3 donation (if you are able) directly to our Just Giving page, supporting Solace Women’s Aid (https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/gothicvalleywi). Solace Women’s Aid exists to end the harm done through Violence Against Women and Girls. Their aim is to work to prevent violence and abuse as well as providing services to meet the needs of survivors particularly women and girls. Their work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives free from abuse.
